General

We offer customized industrial silicone rubber parts & components, silicone parts development turnkey services, as well as the finished silicone products with custom design in private label.

Products

Yes, for an in-stock product, we will send a limited number of free samples with shipping freight to collect. For a custom design product, we will start a cost-effective plan for prototype mold and small runs.

Customization

To start a new project, both 2D & 3D drawing is necessary. Our project engineering team we will analyse the drawing, and get some knowledgeable from customers about the product usage and applications. DFM report will be sent if there should be some modification for the drawing. If you need any design assistance, our engineers will be happy to work that out with you.

We proceed prototyping after customer’s validation on product drawings.

We have our own tooling making workshop with experienced engineers, skillful workers and advance machining equipment. Normally speaking, we can submit prototypes to customers within 16 days after drawing validation, and a measurement report attached for the prototypes.

During this period, our knowledgeable sales will keep you updated on the status.

For our stocking finished products, the MOQ is 100 pcs per item.

For custom products, it depends on your annual demand of this part, and we do a best MOQ quote for you.

Yes, you are welcome to visit our company, and please make an appointment with us in advance.

We have advance production lines for tooling, compression mold, LSR, test lab, and Quality control departments, we will be happy to show your around.

Shipping

For small orders, we generally choose air freight and express delivery, for large orders, we generally go by sea freight, depending on the customer’s needs quoted and confirmed.
